What are your hours of operation?
Both of our locations are open:
- Monday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
- Sunday: 10am – 5pm
How can I contact you?
You can most easily reach us by calling our centralized hotline at (720) 550-6167 and then choosing your preferred location. You will be transferred immediately.
Do you require vaccinations for dogs using your services?
We do not require that dogs have any vaccinations to use the self-wash. However, we do require that any dogs receiving grooming be vaccinated for rabies.
What is your cancellation policy?
For all grooming appointments, we require 48 hours advanced notice. For new customers only, we require 24 hours advanced notice in order to receive your deposit back.
There is no advanced notice necessary for the cancellation of a self-wash appointment.
How do I pay for services?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, and Apple pay.
What is your return policy?
All pet food can be returned or exchanged if the pet won’t eat it (however, the bag must be intact and contain close to a full bag of food).
No refunds or exchanges are allowed on toys and accessories. Halloween clothing can be exchanged if the costume doesn’t fit your pet.

Do you sell pedigree?
No, we only sell all-natural, organic products that are good for your pet’s health!
Where is your pet food made?
All of our pet foods are sourced from either the United States or Italy.

Can I track my order?
Unfortunately, no, deliveries cannot be tracked online as all orders are fulfilled and delivered directly from our local shop.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or isn’t what I expect?
We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll exchange or replace it the same day if sent back by 2 pm. Otherwise, we’ll replace it the next day.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery is free for all purchases over $25!
How often can I get deliveries?
You can get recurring deliveries scheduled for a minimum of every week.
What is the typical delivery time frame?
You will receive your order the same day if you place your order by 2 pm! Any orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day.
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No, you don’t. Deliveries will be left on the porch if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Are there any minimum order requirements for delivery?
Yes, we require a minimum purchase of $25 for all deliveries.

We accept and have experience with grooming all dog breeds!

Do you offer any discounts for first-time customers or multiple dogs?
No, unfortunately we don’t.

How long does a typical dog groom take?
For an average-sized dog, a full groom can take 2-3 hours. Larger breeds can take up to 4 hours.
Do you require appointments for dog grooming?
Yes, we do. You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (720) 550-6167.
What if my dog has behavioral problems?
Our dog groomers are highly experienced and will do their best to deal with any behavioral issues. However, if the dog proves to be unsafe for our groomers, we will not proceed with the groom.
Can I drop my dog off for grooming and pick them up later?
Yes! We will send you a text message when your dog is finished being groomed.

How much does it cost to use the dog self-wash facilities?

Do you sell shampoo, conditioner, and other grooming supplies?
Yes, we do! You can find all of our dog wash and grooming products on our Shop page.
Do you have towels and dryers available for use?
Yes, we do! We provide a dog grooming leash, a smock to keep you clean, scrub brushes, hair brushes, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a blow dryer!
How long is the dog self-wash session?
We offer both 45-minute and 1-hour 45-minute dog self-wash sessions.
Are there any weight or breed restrictions for using the dog self-wash facilities?
No, we do not have any size or weight restrictions for dogs using our self-wash tubs.
Do you have an area for me to dry my dog off after washing?
All dogs should be dried in the tub after their wash is finished.
Can I pre-book a dog self-wash appointment?
Can I walk in and use the dog self-wash services without a reservation?
Yes, you can walk in and use a dog self-wash station if there are available stations at that time.
