No, we only sell all-natural, organic products that are good for your pet’s health!

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately, no, deliveries cannot be tracked online as all orders are fulfilled and delivered directly from our local shop.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or isn’t what I expect?

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll exchange or replace it the same day if sent back by 2 pm. Otherwise, we’ll replace it the next day.

What are your delivery fees?

Delivery is free for all purchases over $25!

How often can I get deliveries?

You can get recurring deliveries scheduled for a minimum of every week.

What is the typical delivery time frame?

You will receive your order the same day if you place your order by 2 pm! Any orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the next day.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No, you don’t. Deliveries will be left on the porch if you are not home at the time of delivery.

Are there any minimum order requirements for delivery?
